1. Service Description

Succession Lab ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered wealth succession risk assessment service ("the Service"). The Service includes:

• A 30-question assessment evaluating wealth succession risks
• AI-driven Monte Carlo simulation analysis (10,000+ scenarios)
• A comprehensive 30-40 page PDF report delivered via email
• Risk mitigation recommendations and trust clause suggestions

Price: $2,999 USD (one-time payment)

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms, as they may be amended from time to time.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when completing the assessment. The quality and relevance of your report depend on the accuracy of your responses.

4.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Share, resell, or redistribute the reports
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent payment or security measures
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Payment and Refund Policy

5.1 Payment Terms

Payment of $2,999 USD is required before report generation. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed in USD.

5.2 No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately delivered nature of our Service, all sales are final. Once your payment is processed and your report is generated, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions may be made only in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure preventing report generation
• Duplicate charges due to system error
• Failure to deliver report within 24 hours

5.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension from the Service and potential legal action to recover costs.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are owned by Succession Lab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your License

Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and view your personal report
• Print one copy for personal use
• Share with your professional advisors under confidentiality

You may NOT:

• Publicly distribute or publish the report
• Use the report for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We provide the Service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of reports
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our reports
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid ($2,999)
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Succession Lab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any decisions you make based on our reports

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

10. Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
