Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SuccessionLabX provides advisor workflow software for succession risk assessment, report drafting, client delivery, branding controls, team collaboration, and related credit-based reporting features. The service may also include sample reports, educational docs, widgets, and account settings for supported plans.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your account access, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account or your team members' accounts.

4. Plans, Credits, and Billing

Paid access is offered through subscription plans, annual plans, credit top-ups, and any trial terms shown at checkout. Report generation may consume credits according to the current plan rules. Pricing, trial terms, renewal timing, and payment method requirements are shown in the product or during checkout.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, recurring plans renew automatically until canceled. Credit purchases and plan changes may take effect only after successful payment processing.

5. Refunds

Refund handling follows the current refund policy and any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply. Where the product provides immediate digital access, generated output, or consumed credits, refunds may be limited once the relevant service has already been delivered or used.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity or unauthorized client data handling.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the platform, payment flow, or security controls.
• Do not misrepresent software output as licensed professional advice.
• Do not resell platform access unless your plan or written agreement allows it.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, site content, branding, and related materials remain the property of SuccessionLabX or its licensors. You retain rights in your own client data, subject to the limited rights needed for us to host, process, and deliver the service.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify features, plan packaging, credits, integrations, and documentation over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific report timing, or permanent availability of any particular feature.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service or reliance on software output.
