Frequently Asked Questions
Do clients ever see the SuccessionLabX name?
On Starter plan, the assessment URL contains our domain. On Pro+, the email sender is your firm name. On Agency, you can configure a fully custom domain so SuccessionLabX is completely invisible to your clients.
What logo file formats are accepted?
We accept PNG (with transparency recommended) and SVG. For best results, use a horizontal logo at 400x100px or larger. The logo is automatically resized and served via CDN.
Can I change my branding after setup?
Yes. All branding settings are editable at any time from your Advisor Dashboard ->Brand Settings tab. Changes take effect immediately across all new reports and client experiences.
Will existing reports update with new branding?
Already-generated PDF reports retain their original branding snapshot. New reports generated after you update settings will reflect the new branding.
