Scale Your Firm.
Not Your Admin Work.
Equip every advisor in your firm with the same institutional-grade succession risk tools - all under your brand, on your budget, with one centralized manager view. Add 10 advisors. Pay once. Monitor everything.
Built for the Head of the Firm
Every feature is designed for the owner who needs visibility and control across an entire team without micromanaging each advisor.
Global Manager Dashboard
As the Agency Owner, you see everything. Monitor each sub-advisor's lead volume, client count, reports generated, and conversion rate -all from a single top-down view. Identify your top performers and support those who need coaching.
Data Isolation per Advisor
Sub-advisors can only see the clients and leads they originated. No cross-contamination of sensitive HNW data across your sales floor. Every advisor operates in their own secure silo while you retain global oversight.
Unified Credit Pool
Stop managing 10 separate credit accounts. All report generation credits are drawn from the Agency Owner's centralized balance. Set per-advisor spending limits to control costs. Top-up once -your whole team benefits.
Email Invitation System
Invite team members with a single email. They receive a Clerk authentication link, set their own password, and are immediately added to your agency's workspace with the access level you assign.
Role-Based Access Control
Assign advisors as 'Member' (client access only) or 'Manager' (can view all agency clients). You, as Owner, retain full administrative access including billing, branding, and team management.
White-Label Inheritance
Your agency's brand settings (logo, brand color, welcome message, disclaimer) automatically apply to every sub-advisor's client-facing experience. One brand configuration. Consistent across your entire team.
Clear Role Permissions
Three roles. Clear boundaries. No ambiguity about who can see or do what.

Advisor use case
Scale the same succession workflow across a team
Team seats are for firms that want multiple advisors to use the same assessment, report, and lead workflow without creating separate systems for each advisor. The manager can monitor activity while each advisor keeps the client relationship organized.
This is especially valuable when a firm has several advisors sourcing high-net-worth leads, preparing client meetings, and generating reports from a shared credit pool. It creates operational consistency without forcing every advisor to manage billing and settings independently.
Team collaboration should be evaluated together with Agency pricing, custom domains, and data isolation because the goal is firm-wide delivery rather than a single-user tool.
Before adding team members, firms should define who owns client creation, who can generate reports, and how managers review activity. Clear roles prevent confusion as the workflow expands across advisors.
Team seats also make reporting more consistent. Every advisor can use the same assessment language, report structure, and follow-up workflow while still managing their own client relationships.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many team members can I add on the Agency plan?
The standard Agency plan includes up to 10 seats. Enterprise customers can negotiate unlimited seats. Contact us for custom pricing if your firm has more than 10 advisors.
Can team members have different credit allowances?
Currently, credits are drawn from the shared Agency pool. Per-advisor credit caps (e.g., each advisor can use max 10 credits/month) are on the Q3 roadmap.
What happens to a team member's clients if I remove them?
If you remove a team member, their clients and assessment history are retained in the Agency account and reassigned to the Agency Owner. No data is lost.
Do team members see the Agency billing information?
No. Only the Agency Owner has access to billing, subscription management, and credit balance. Team members see only their individual activity and the clients assigned to them.
Can I try team features with a single advisor before scaling?
Yes. You can invite one additional advisor immediately after upgrading. There is no minimum team size requirement on the Agency plan.
