Digital Products - No Refund Policy
SuccessionLabX provides AI-generated digital reports ("Succession Strategic Blueprint") which are custom-generated for each individual client based on their unique assessment responses. Because each report is created on-demand and cannot be "returned," all sales are final and non-refundable once the report generation process has been initiated.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances only:
- Technical failure: We were unable to generate and deliver your report within 48 hours of payment due to a technical error on our end.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same report.
- Unauthorized transaction: You can demonstrate that the purchase was made without your authorization.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible exceptions above, please email support@successionlabx.com within 14 days of your purchase date with:
- Your order confirmation number (e.g., ORD-XXXXXXXX)
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Advisor Pro Subscriptions
Monthly Advisor Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No charges will be made after cancellation. We do not provide partial-month refunds for unused subscription periods. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Contact
For any billing questions, please contact us at support@successionlabx.com.
Before You Request a Refund
If your report has not arrived, first check whether the assessment was fully submitted, whether the payment confirmation email was delivered, and whether the report email was filtered into spam or promotions. Most delivery issues can be resolved by support without cancelling the original report.
If you are an advisor using SuccessionLabX for a client, include the advisor account email, client name or internal reference, and approximate submission time. This helps us locate the assessment and confirm whether the issue is payment, report generation, email delivery, or account access.
